• Registration cancellation can be made no later than 20 days before the scheduled start date of the Conference.
• In case of cancellation within the deadline, the amount of €10.00 will be charged as administration costs.
• In case of late cancellation (less than 20 days from the start of the Conference), no refund will be made.
• A change of name of a registered delegate can be made no later than 20 days before the scheduled start date of the Conference.
• Refunds will be made after the end of the Conference.
